The company Promo Logistika LLC, Slavonska avenija 22e, 10 000 Zagreb, tel: +385 1 6064 650, e-mail: info@promologistika.hr respects your privacy and undertakes to protect it during your visit to this website (hereinafter "Website"). In this sense, Promo Logistika LLC acts as the processing manager (hereinafter "Processing Manager"). This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Privacy Policy") provides insight into our actions regarding the collection and processing of personal data.

Types of Personal Data To Be Processed

Promo Logistika LLC collects and processes personal data about you (e.g. information that can directly or indirectly identify you, in particular by using identifiers such as name, surname, address and city, country, e-mail address and contact phone, photo, recording (hereinafter "Personal Data"), in cases when:

- using the contact form on the Website

- providing comments or asking questions to the info e-mail address listed on the Website

- you are being present in the area marked as the area that will be filmed and photographed, at the events we organize

- contacting us or connecting with us via social media

- processing your open application or job application.

Promo Logistika LLC will not collect Personal Data in case you do not provide them voluntarily to us, except for specific Personal Data collected through information systems and programs used to operate the Website, whose transmission is inherent in the use of internet communication protocols (e.g. IP address when logging in to contact form), and will not request more information than it is necessary to participate in certain activities. If you do not wish to provide Personal Data (other than Personal Data used in internet communication protocols that are usually collected when visiting the Website), you can still access our Website, but you will not be able to contact us.

At the entrance of the area of the event we are organizing - area to be filmed and photographed -  the Privacy Policy is clearly published, and it is clearly indicated that you could be recorded and photographed, which represents our legitimate interest connected to the organization of the specific project. In case you do not want to be recorded or photographed, do not enter the area of recording/ photographing. We will not publish any recordings and photographs of children (under 16 years of age) where these minors can be identified, without the prior consent of their legal representatives.

Providing information on the visitor / sender is voluntary, and there is no contractual obligation or condition for the visitor / sender to do so. The Processing Manager will not create a profile from the collected information, i.e. there is no case of automated decision-making.

For photographs and videos received from partners / sponsors of the events - that photograph and record their own activities in their own organization at the events in which we participate - Promo Logistika LLC acts as the Processor who publishes the photos on this Website at the expense of the Processing Manager who is, in this case, a partner / sponsor of the event, in the purpose of promoting the event of the partner / sponsor to make the event more recognizable in the media, and to make it better in the future.

Social Networks

Promo Logistika LLC collects Personal Data about contacts on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), but it will not contact them except in cases when replying at inquiry or comment.

Open Job Applications and Published Vacancies

Promo Logistika LLC collects open applications from candidates who want to work for us and the applications of candidates for the vacancies we published. Personal Data from job applications are being accessed only by authorized persons, and these Personal Data are being kept for 2 years from the date of receiving the open application.

Purposes, Legal Basis of Processing, and Possible Consequences of Non-Disclosure of Personal Data

When you provide your Personal Data, we will limit the use of Personal Data for the purpose for which it was collected, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Usage of your Personal Data includes:

-taking steps at your request, e.g. answering your questions and comments submitted via the contact form, info e-mail or social networks, processing open applications, and applications for vacancies.

-usage of your photos / recordings taken at the area of events we organize

-the process of investigating suspicions of fraud, harassment, physical threats or other violations of the rules of the Website or any suspicious behavior that we deem indecent;

The provision of Personal Data under (A) is voluntary, but in certain situations it is necessary, and the refusal to provide such data may prevent Promo Logistika LLC to respond to your request or send you an ad. The processing of data under (B) and (C) is based on a legitimate and public interest. However, if we have collected consents for recording / photographing and publishing recordings / photographs, such processing is based on consent. It is our legitimate interest to record / photograph an event that we organize or participate in its organization, in order to promote it, to make it recognizable in the media, and better in the future.

Recipients

Your Personal Data may be disclosed in the following cases:

-to entities participating in the implementation of events that Promo Logistika LLC organizes

-to technical suppliers related to the development and maintenance of the website,

-to persons authorized by Promo Logistika LLC for the processing of Personal Data, who are subject to the appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality (employees of the company Promo Logistika LLC),

-to law enforcement agencies and public authorities when required by applicable law or in good faith (to protect and defend the rights or property of Promo Logistika LLC and the Website, or, in urgent circumstances, to act to protect the personal safety of users of Promo Logistika doo, the Website or the public)

-to legal advisors of Promo Logistika LLC in the event of the need to forward data for legal proceedings

-to Media Houses and Digital Marketing Agencies for the purpose of publishing photos in press and print media, on websites and social networks

-to Clients / Partners of events that Promo Logistika LLC organizes for the purpose of promoting the mentioned event (only photographs / recordings from the event with prior notice on photographing/ recording at the marked area)

-to photographers who photograph the event.        

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries

Promo Logistika LLC transfers Personal Data outside the EU and the EEA, except Switzerland, especially in the USA, but always on the basis of data protection measures in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016, especially on the basis of Privacy Shield, guaranteeing adequate protection of Personal Data.

Keeping

Promo Logistika LLC will process your Personal Data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes described in the section above. Personal Data that we receive via contact e-mail on the Website or via inquiries through info e-mail will be processed no later than 6 months from receipt of the request, for open applications and applications for vacancies, the data will be kept for 2 years from the date of receipt of the application, while the recordings / photographs will be processed until you exercise your right to object or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of Personal Data.

Your Rights

Promo Logistika LLC informs you that, in accordance with and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the right to request from Promo Logistika LLC the access and rectifying or deleting the Personal Data, or restrictions on the processing of your Personal Data, or objection to the relevant processing activity, and file a complaint to the competent supervisory authority (in the Republic of Croatia, the Personal Data Protection Agency). You also have the right to know the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your Personal Data has been or will be disclosed, in particular to recipients in third countries.
